Food! Glorious food! October was the month of creativity in the kitchen. My boyfriend and I participated in the Whole30 where we eliminated sugar, grains, dairy, legumes, and alcohol from our diets for 30 days! It was a welcome challenge to get creative with our meals and to kind of reintroduce ourselves to cooking again. More on this later.
