Shannan Hansen, 500E-RYT, invites you to come back to yourself—back to your own body and back to your personal intuition. Her energetic and approachable teaching style allows you to move through your physical and spiritual yoga journey in a deep and meaningful way, and all at your own pace. Shannans studies of a wide range of yoga styles combined with 15 years of yoga teaching experience offer you something new and exciting to learn in each class, particularly about your own body.

As a renowned anatomy educator for various Yoga Teacher Training programs, Shannan teaches classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions about preventive care, pain management, and basic body awareness to empower indivisuals to be informed along their medical journey.

She teaches Power Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga in Salt Lake City and also travels to teach in international yoga festivals, such as the Copenhagen Yoga Festival in Denmark. In addition to yoga, Shannan has four children and enjoys skiing, hiking and camping with her family. Yoga keeps her grounded and centered throughout her busy, challenging and joyful life.
